The Flash star Ezra Miller is once again in trouble as he has been charged in Vermont with felony burglary and issued a citation to appear in court.
The Vermont State Police released the following police report where Ezra Miller is accused on May 1st of taking several bottles of alcohol from within the residence while the homeowners were not present. As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
The information reveals Ezra Miller was charged on Sunday, August 7, and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on 09/26/2022 for arraignment on the burglary charge:
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hours, the Vermont State Police was notified of a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present. As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
Miller ultimately was located on 08/07/2022 at approximately 2323 hours and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on 09/26/2022 at 0815 hours for arraignment on the burglary charge.
The Vermont State Police coordinated on this investigation with the Bennington County State’s Attorney’s Office.
No further information is available at this time. The affidavit of probable cause will be filed with the court and made public following Miller’s arraignment. Members of the media should call the Court Clerk’s Office to confirm details of the hearing.
Ezra Miller controversy continues
As noted by Variety, this latest problem follows a report by Rolling Stone where Ezra Miller is said to have been housing a 25-year-old mother and her three children in his Stanford Vermont home where it’s said the property doubles as an unlicensed cannabis farm and has several firearms on the premises, with it claimed the one-year-old child was found with a loose bullet in their mouth.
A recent report by Business Insider also claims while Ezra Miller was in Iceland filming Fantastic Beasts 3, where he choked a woman, that Miller created some sort of cult, and also that he travels the U.S. wearing body armor, and grooms children.
Regarding the future of The Flash movie, recently saw Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav give the flick high remarks in an investors call, so as of now, The Flash is still on track to be released on June 23, 2023.
“We have seen The Flash, Black Adam, and Shazam 2. We are very excited about them. We’ve seen them. We think they are terrific, and we think we can make them even better,” said Zaslav.
