Deadpool 2 Loses Director Tim Miller

It’s reported Deadpool 2 has lost director Tim Miller over creative differences.

According to THR, Tim Miller has departed Deadpool 2 over creative differences with producer and star Ryan Reynolds.

Miller directed the first highly successful Deadpool movie which went on to blow away expectations bringing in almost $800 million worldwide.

According to the report, Ryan Reynolds and Tim Miller “had increasingly butted heads over certain creative issues” on Deadpool 2.

The report goes on to mention that following the success of the first Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds’ “clout has increased exponentially on the sequel.”

It is said that the parting of ways over Deadpool 2 is on friendly terms, and that Tim Miller and Fox Studios are already developing another project with Influx, the sci-fi adaptation of a novel by Daniel Suarez.

Deadpool 2 has a January 12, 2018 release, and details include the sequel will feature Cable and Domino.
