American Horror Story: Apocalypse: First look at Connie Britton and Dylan McDermott

A couple of days ago saw set images leak online featuring Dylan McDermott, with it then confirmed Connie Britton would be returing as well, and now the first official look at the actors have been released for American Horror Story: Apocalypse, the eighth season in the franchise.

“Connie and Dylan. The Harmon’s in their forever AHS home…Murder House,” creator Ryan Murphy posted on Instagram.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse

American Horror Story: Apocalypse crosses over the first season’s Murder House with the third season’s Coven; Dylan McDermott returns as Dr. Ben Harmon with Connie Briton as his wife Vivian.

Taissa Farmiga will also be returning, playing two characters: Violet Harmon from Murder House and Zoe Benson from Coven.

Plot details include the anti-christ baby Vivian had at the end of Season 1 is now all grown up, played by Cody Fern.

Confirmed returing from Coven include the witches: Stevie Nicks, Lily Rabe as Misty Day, Emma Roberts as Madison Montgomery, Taissa Farmiga as Zoe Benson, Gabourey Sidibe back as Queenie and Frances Conroy as Myrtle Snow.

The series also stars Sarah Paulson, who will be playing three roles, Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Gabourey Sidibe, Billie Lourd, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson and newcomer Joan Collins.
