Dave Bautista Back For Avengers 4 & Guardians of the Galaxy 3?

With Dave Bautista having a lot on his plate, will Drax be back for both The Avengers 4 and Guardians of the Galaxy 3?

While promoting his latest movie, Hotel Artemis, Dave Bautista confirms a continued involvement in the MCU.

“I don’t know if I was supposed to, but I believe that I’ve already said publicly that I am in both,” Bautista said.

As seen in The Avengers: Infinity War, Drax was a victim of the snap heard around the universe as the character disappeared when Thanos used the Infinity Gauntlet; so how Drax returns is a current mystery.

“Yeah, we don’t know,” Bautista offered. “I don’t even know. I haven’t read the script for either [The Avengers 4 or Guardians of the Galaxy 3], and, you know, I’ve talked to James [Gunn, producer on Infinity War and Avengers 4 and director of Guardians of the Galaxy 3].”

“I’m more excited about Guardians 3, obviously,” Bautista added “It’s just much nearer and dearer to my heart. So I don’t ask to see the script, and I don’t want to know about it until he’s actually written it. And then I want to read it and just say I love it, ‘cause it’s always great.”

There has been question (at least by me) whether or not Dave Bautista would be back for Guardians of the Galaxy 3 as in addition to be signed on for a plethora of new films (which includes comic book movies outside of Marvel), it’s rumored that the actor wants a lengthy return to the WWE.
