Wonder Woman 1984 Poster Armors Up Gal Gadot

Following yesterday’s Licensing Expo images, now Warner Bros. and director Patty Jenkins release the first Wonder Woman 1984 poster featuring Gal Gadot in armor.

The poster features Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman with her hands clenched into fists sporting gold armor with a wild colorful background.

“One… year… from… TODAY… #WW84,” Patty Jenkins tweeted.

 Gal Gadot added on Instagram, “Although all of us at Warner Brothers won’t be seeing you at SDCC – Hall H this year. We are so excited for what’s to come. So until then here’s a little gift from us to you…. #WW84.”

Wonder Woman 1984 has a June 5, 2020 release directed by Patty Jenkins starring Gal Gadot as the titular character, Chris Pine is back as Steve Trevor, Kristen Wiig plays the supervillain Cheetah, with Pedro Pascal in a mystery role.

Synopsis: Fast forward to the 1980s as Wonder Woman’s (Gal Gadot) next big-screen adventure finds her facing an all-new foe: The Cheetah (Kristen Wiig).
