Paul Rudd Teases More Ant-Man Appearances (Video)

[page_title]

While discussing Ant-Man‘s place in the Marvel universe, Paul Rudd teases future appearances for the world’s smallest superhero.

Rudd mentions the thought that Edgar Wright’s departure from the movie as a result of wanting the film to connect to the Marvel Universe may not be entirely true and also mentions he has been told about the next appearance for Ant-Man.

Certainly it is a part of the Marvel universe; however, it stands on its own. I know that seemed to be a sticking point, or something that was discussed, when you know the history of this project was widely reported with Edgar and wanting to make it more of a Marvel movie, but I don’t think that is 100% accurate. I think it absolutely fits in, and I also wouldn’t be surprised if we see Ant-Man in some other things. That being said, it is a movie that if you have never seen any of the Marvel movies you are going to totally get [it].

Rudd also offered the following when asked if he knows when he is going to pop up next:

They have said a few things. I know some things, but I don’t know everything.
