20-year-old Nat Wolff is one of five actors said to be up for Marvel’s new Spider-Man.
We already heard from the Kingpin, who wants Wolff to play Spidey, and now MTV catches up with the young actor.
Wolff is also starring alongside Cara Delevingne in Paper Towns, with the actress talking Suicide Squad as she is playing Enchantress.
“I honestly don’t know anything about Spider-Man. I mean, who wouldn’t want to play Spider-Man?” Wolff responded. “My little cousin texted me, ‘Hey, man. Are you going to be Spider-Man?’ I don’t know anything about it. I have no idea. I plead the fifth.”
Delevingne didn’t offer much as well, but did state she began filming and is reading the comics for research.
“I can’t tell you anything. I’m having a lot of fun,” Delevigne said. “Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. There are a lot more of [the Suicide Squad comics] than I thought there were. It’s totally taken a whole spin from that. It’s going to be epic.”
“Papertowns” hits July 24th; Spider-Man will first be featured in a Marvel movie before the standalone Sony film in 2017, and “Suicide Squad” has a August 6, 2016 release.
