We’ve all seen the official promo images, now check out a first look at Melissa Benoist atually wearing the new Supergirl costume.

The image is a behind-the-scenes look at Benoist, presumably on set.

Supergirl is set to premeire on CBS and also stars Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, LauraBenanti as Alura Zor-El, Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant, Chyler Leigh as Alexandra “Alex” Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow “Winn” Schott, David Harewood as HankHenshaw, and Dean Cain and Helen Slater in mystery roles.
