Marvel NYCC First Look: HERBIE From Fantastic Four, Harrison Ford’s Red Hulk

Marvel has new artwork on display at the Marvel booth at the New York Comic-Con which includes a first look at H.E.R.B.I.E. from the Fantastic Four movie and a new look at Harrison Ford as Red Hulk.

H.E.R.B.I.E. stands for “Humanoid Experimental Robot B-Type Integrated Electronics” and was actually first introduced in the Fantastic Four 1978 animated series before debuting in the comics in 1979. H.E.R.B.I.E. was built by Mister Fantastic in collaboration with Master Xar of the Xandarians. They designed the robot to assist in their search for Galactus, seeking his help to defeat the villain known as the Sphinx..

The artwork is a part of a Marvel banner that also features comic book art of Daredevil, Kingpin, Storm, and Scarlet Witch. Anthony Mackie as Cap is also featured along with Harrison Ford as Red Hulk from Captain America: Brave New World. Thunderbolts is there, and the new MCU Disney+ series Agatha All Along is shown, as is the What If…? animated series is a part of the art.

The Daredevil: Born Again costumes are also on display.

 Captain America: Brave New World gets released on February 14, 2025, with Thunderbolts on May 2, 2025), and The Fantastic Four: First Steps on July 25, 2025.

NYCC runs Thursday to Sunday.
