Star Wars Celebration 2027 is officially headed to Los Angeles, and Lucasfilm has released the first key art for the event along with details on when tickets will go on sale.
Set for April 1-4, 2027 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the next Star Wars Celebration will also mark the 50th anniversary of the original 1977 film, which is reflected in the newly unveiled artwork and overall theme.

Star Wars Celebration 2027 key art revealed
According to StarWars.com, the new Star Wars Celebration Los Angeles 2027 key art pays tribute to the classic Tom Jung poster art tied to the original film.
The poster features Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, R2-D2, and C-3PO in the foreground with a stylized Los Angeles skyline behind them.
Darth Vader looms over the design alongside the Death Star, TIE fighters, and X-wings, giving the whole piece a vintage Star Wars feel mixed with a California setting.
The artwork also includes LA-inspired touches and a playful spin on the Hollywood sign, tying the franchise directly to the city hosting the event.
Tickets go on sale May 6
Lucasfilm also confirmed that tickets for Star Wars Celebration 2027 and preferred hotel bookings will go on sale beginning Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
With the event centered on the 50th anniversary of the original movie, fans can expect this Celebration to be one of the bigger Star Wars gatherings in recent memory.
Ryan Gosling and Shawn Levy appear in teaser
A video teaser has also been released to promote the event. The video includes Ryan Gosling and Shawn Levy from Star Wars: Starfighter along with cosplay fans and more, helping kick off the hype for the 2027 convention.
