What The Titles Suggest
The newly revealed titles continue to tease a dark and aggressive story centered around Maul’s quest for revenge.
“The Dark Revenge” and “Sinister Schemes” fit with the trailers, which already made clear that Maul is out to strike back following the Empire’s betrayal.
“Pride and Vengeance” also leans into that same theme, while “Inquisition” obviously points to the Imperial Inquisitors playing a major role in the series.
“Night of the Hunted” and “The Creeping Fear” suggest Maul and the other characters could find themselves under pressure as the Empire closes in.
“Strange Allies” is also interesting, as it hints Maul may be forced to work with unexpected characters by the time the series reaches its final stretch.
The last chapter is simply titled “Finale,” keeping the endgame under wraps.

Maul Arrives April 6 On Disney+
Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord launches April 6 on Disney+ with a two-episode premiere. The show follows Maul as he attempts to rebuild his criminal syndicate on Janix, a planet untouched by the Empire, while crossing paths with the young Jedi Padawan Devon Izara.
Sam Witwer returns as Maul, with the voice cast also including Gideon Adlon, Wagner Moura, Richard Ayoade, Dennis Haysbert, Vanessa Marshall, and more.
The series is created by Dave Filoni and developed by Filoni and Matt Michnovetz, with Brad Rau serving as supervising director.
Disney+ Is Stretching The Rollout To Star Wars Day
The schedule confirms Disney+ is using a five-week release plan for all 10 episodes, with the finale dropping on May 4. That gives the series a built-in promotional push straight into Star Wars Day, which is an obvious move for a project centered on one of the franchise’s most popular villains.
With the trailers already teasing Maul, the Empire, Janix, and the Inquisitors, the newly revealed chapter titles add even more fuel heading into the April premiere.
