Zack Snyder Hypes Ben Affleck’s Batman in IMAX

Zack Snyder continues to tease fans with more behind-the-scenes DCEU content, this time spotlighting Ben Affleck’s Batman.

Snyder posted a crisp frame of Affleck suited up as the Dark Knight, writing: “Batman. Seeing this frame projected in @imax makes the difference immediately clear. The retained detail and physical scale of the image are overwhelming in person.”

The image features Batman in a dimly lit warehouse—classic Snyder mood—calling back to the tone of Batman v Superman and Justice League.

Zack Snyder Wants Ben Affleck Back as Batman

We’re told Snyder has fresh ideas for Justice League and wants Affleck to return as Batman, specifically for a possible adaptation of The Dark Knight Returns.

He’s long expressed interest in making a comic-accurate version of the Frank Miller classic.

Netflix Deal Could Bring SnyderVerse Back

All of this comes as Netflix remains in the mix to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery. If the deal goes through, Snyder could revive his DCEU vision under Netflix, bringing Affleck along with him.

Snyder has been posting classic and unseen DCEU content across his social media accounts, reportedly to gauge fan interest. So far, it’s working.
