Star Wars: Skeleton Crew: Lesbian Mothers Introduced In Episode 3

And it’s RIP Skeleton Crew, folks, as apparently the third episode of the new Star Wars series streaming on Disney+ is going to introduce lesbian mothers.

Expect a lot of life lessons along with it.

Tuesday Update: I just watched the episode. It’s completely blown out of proportion. You wouldn’t even know the mothers are together from watching. Good episode. Read my review here.

Worked for The Acolyte

Skeleton Crew, from Spider-Man director Jon Watts, premiered on Monday with its first two episodes. I think we know why they didn’t release the three episodes: They want to hook you in with the first two and then shove the Disney DEI garbage down your throat. It’s worked out so far for The Acolyte.

Star Wars is dead

I actually haven’t heard much chatter about the series, and I’m guessing, similar to The Acolyte, the ratings won’t be all that good.

Star Wars is pretty much dead, and it’s thanks to Disney prioritizing the agenda ahead of quality story. Star Wars died with The Last Jedi, saw a bit of a resurgence with the first two seasons of The Mandalorian (Season 3 is horrible), Andor is pretty good but no one watches, and everything else is either so-so or no good (I’m not impressed with Rogue One which is just another rehash of New Hope).

“One character has two moms”

Following the two-episode premiere of Skeleton Crew, Star Wars Theory took to X (formerly Twitter) to actually say good things about it.

However, Chris Gore, who has also said Marvel has fired its woke producers following the big Phase 4 failure (again, prioritizing the agenda ahead of story), responded and offered things change with Episode 3.

“I agree, Skeleton Crew is a fun and solid Star Wars show for kids,” Gore tweeted. “In episode 3 you’ll meet the parents and learn one character has two moms. They just can’t help themselves, modern messaging must be inserted no matter what. I’d have preferred they kept the parents out of it altogether.”

Anna, aka That Star Wars Girl, also chimed in and hits the nail on the head.

“No wonder they only released the first 2 episodes instead of the first 3 an you know what’s funny is I know exactly which mom is the lesbian without you even having to say it; they’re playing that much into the stereotype lol,” she tweeted.
