Hot on the heels of the premiere of Agatha All Along, Elizabeth Olsen says she would be happy to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Last seen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the Scarlet Witch’s story took a turn to the dark side. However, as we just went over, that was not the original plan. The original plan was to have Scarlet Witch team up with Doctor Strange and save the day.
Marvel going woke under Kevin Feige is what ruined Doctor Strange 2. Even Elizabeth Olsen previously said Doctor Strange 2 was a big mess. The good news is that Feige looks to have learned his lesson and it’s hoped the MCU is on the right path once again.
While recently speaking with FM104 about her Netflix movie, His Three Daughters, Elizabeth Olsen said she would return to the MCU if they did her character justice.
“It’s a character that I love going back to when there’s a way to use her well, and I think I have been lucky that when I started I was used well within Age of Ultron,” Olsen said. “But I think people didn’t know what to do with me for a second there. They were then able to utilize the character well in interesting ways of telling the story in ways they hadn’t yet. So if there’s a good way to use her, I’m always happy to come back however they can make that make sense.”
Rumors do offer Elizabeth Olsen is returning to the MCU and that a Scarlet Witch movie is happening. We can also guess that The Avengers wouldn’t mind having a heavy hitter like Scarlet Witch on their side against Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom and the big bad of Avengers: Secret Wars. That is assuming Scarlet Witch is on the side of the heroes.
