The stuntman and stunt double for David Corenswet in James Gunn’s Superman is super excited about the film.
Justin Howell is known for being the stuntman and stunt double in the Halo TV series, Thor: Love and Thunder, Avengers: Endgame, and lots more.
Howell gets to suit up as Superman and while he can’t offer much, he does talk about the suit and says filming looks to be finished in July.
“Excited for you guys to see it:
“It’s a very cool experience. I can’t dive in at all. It’s a very cool experience. I’m very excited for you guys to see it,” Howell tells the Be More Super YouTube channel and says he has worn the suit “many times.”
“Most mobile of any of the other suits I’ve worn”
Some of the parts he has played includes Thor and Master Chief, but he says Superman is at the top.
“Oh my God, this feels like the mountaintop for me. This feels like a very very cool experience,” he said. “It feels like the start of a new era. The things James is doing with it are very interesting, very cool.”
He added, “I will say the suit is the most mobile of any of the other suits I’ve worn.”
“Very very kind and generous”
Howell also talks about working with David Corenswet and says he’s a really good guy,
“Just so down to earth and such a sweet guy. Just very very kind and generous and he embodies the character so incredibly well. I’m so excited for you guys to see what he’s bringing to it,” said Howell.

Regarding when Superman wraps, James Gunn seems to be moving quickly.
“We finish end end of July,” said Howell.
