On Thursday, both the defense and prosecution rested with the fate of Marvel star Jonathan Majors now in the hands of the jury, consisting of three men and three women.
Majors is on trial for assaulting his then-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, and faces up to a year in jail.
The jury did deliberate but returned to court and requested additional information from the judge.
The jury requested a detailed judge explanation on each charge, the video of the interaction from the night of the event, and the 911 call (see below).
As a result, the judge has adjourned the case until Friday at 2:15pm EST.

The defense’s closing arguments said Majors did not commit physical assault and called Jabbari a liar and that Jonathan Majors is the real victim: ”This entire case is built on Grace’s lies — and, boy, does Grace lie,” lawyer Priya Chaudhry told jurors.
The prosecution’s closing arguments stated there was “voluminous” evidence Majors got physically violent with Jabbari: “But what it really boils down to is four simple words: control, domination, manipulation and abuse,” Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Kelli Galaway told jurors.
