Jon Schnepp has released the final trailer for his The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened? documentary.
The film will be released on May 1st in select theaters as well as on Blu-Ray, streaming and video-on-demand.
The documentary investigates what happened with the cancelled Tim Burton Superman Lives movie and includes interviews with Burton, Kevin Smith, concept art, recreated scenes and more.
Superman Lives was cancelled in the ‘90s and said to feature the likes of Lex Luthor, Brainiac and Doomsday, with Nicolas Cage selected to play Superman, based in part on the Death of Superman DC Comics storyline.
