Vin Diesel Confirms Guardians of the Galaxy For Avengers: Infinity War

It looks as if the Guardians of the Galaxy make it out of the sequel unscathed as they will be appearing in The Avengers: Infinity War.

The Russo brothers previously confirmed Star-Lord Chris Pratt for Avengers: Infinity War and Rocket Raccoon has been said to be a part of the film; now Vin Diesel, the voice of Groot, confirms all of the members of the Guardians of the Galaxy for the third Avengers movie.

“…the Guardians will be included in Avengers: Infinity War, and that’s incredibly exciting. Incredibly exciting. Incredibly exciting and something that if you were a part of our page you knew before everybody,” Vin Diesel posted on Facebook.

Likewise, a while back saw Avengers: Infinity War writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely confirm the Guardians of the Galaxy: “Let me put it this way. You know who owns that gauntlet, right? And you know who’s in another movie? His kids are in that movie. It’s a big universe” McFeely said, with Markus adding, “You do the math!”

We can speculate that something may take place at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy 2 that possibly causes the Guardians to sync up with the Marvel Earth heros for Avengers: Infinity War.

James Gunn has been pretty adamant about no Avengers or Thanos for Guardians of the Galaxy 2; however, Gunn may just be trying to throw fans off.

Winter Soldier was recently confirmed for Avengers: Infinity War as well.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 hits May 5, 2017; The Avengers: Infinity War lands May 4, 2018.
