Watch: Charlie Cox Hasn’t Heard About Avengers Movies; Talks Daredevil & More

If you ask the Marvel fans, Daredevil is the next best thing since Aunt Petunia’s sliced bread.

Daredevil launched on Netflix on April 10th with all 13 episodes available at once.

Marvel also just announced Daredevil Season 2 is on the way.

With DD being such a success, fans are immediately speculating we will see the Man Without Fear side-by-side The Avengers or for that matter even Spider-Man.

Watch a cool video interview about with Charlie Cox where he talks about Daredevil and offers he hasn’t heard anything about the Marvel movies. Cox also goes into detail about how he read up on the comics and trained for the role, suffering a few bumps and scrapes along the way.

Synopsis:

Watch: Humans Teaser Trailer; New AMC SF Series

Humans, a bold new eight-part drama series from AMC, Channel 4 and Kudos, is set in a parallel present where the latest must-have gadget for any busy family is a ‘Synth’ – a highly-developed robotic servant eerily similar to its live counterpart.

Written by British writing partnership Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley (Spooks, Spooks: The Greater Good), Humans is based on the award-winning Swedish sci-fi drama Real Humans.

“A lot of different types of jobs are automated now,” says co-writer Sam Vincent. “Everything is automated with a kiosk now and there’s no guy at the counter. There’s a real explosion of that happening and we wanted to reflect those social and economic trends…If we had something like the Synths we have on our show, that effect would be magnified a hundredfold, and that was quite interesting. We’re really going quite deep into how society would change.”

Humans, which stars William Hurt, Katherine Parkinson, Tom Goodman-Hill, Colin Morgan, Rebecca Front, Neil Maskell, and Gemma Chan, recently finished filming in and around London. The series will premiere on AMC this summer (2015).

Watch: The Expanse Spot

A new spot for SyFy‘s new series starring Thomas Jane, The Expanse, has been released.

The Expanse follows the case of a missing young woman who brings a hardened detective and a rogue ship’s captain together in a race across the solar system to expose the greatest conspiracy in human history. The series premiers later this year.

This hour-long, ten episode series is based on the popular New York Times bestselling book series collectively known as The Expanse, written by Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck (under the pen name James S. A. Corey). 

Thomas Jane (Hung, The Punisher) will play the lead character of Detective Miller, a native of the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Detective Miller works for a corporate security force that operates as the law in the asteroid belt. Ragged and in search of something he can’t identify, Miller finds a new sense of purpose when he’s put in charge of the investigation of a missing heiress.

Shohreh Aghdashloo (The House of Sand and Fog, 24, House of Saddam) will portray Chrisjen Avasarala, a smart and passionate member of a political family legacy who has risen high in the ranks of Earth’s governing body.

Steven Strait (Magic City, City Island, 10,000 B.C.) will play Holden, an officer on the ice-carrying freighter, the Canterbury. Holden is a natural leader who’s not sure he wants responsibility, but will soon have no choice when he is drawn into a dangerous plot.

Justice League: Gods & Monsters Trailer Officially Debuts

Following a leak, WB has now officially released the trailer for the upcoming Justice League: Gods and Monsters animated movie from Bruce Timm.

The movie will be available July 28, 2015.

Synopsis:

Journey to a divergent reality where the Justice League protects the planet — but answers to no one but themselves. Employing methods of intimidation and fear, this Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman deal brute force in the name of justice. In this alternate universe, Superman was not raised by the Kents in Smallville, the Caped Crusader is not Bruce Wayne, and Wonder Woman is not an Amazon warrior of Themyscira. When a group of famed scientists experience untimely “accidents,” a government task force follows the trail of clues to the Justice League — but is there a more powerful player operating from the shadows?
