The first MCU Merc With A Mouth flick could be on track to start filming next year for a February, 16th, 2024 release date.
This might not mean much, but the official Facebook page for the V TV series that aired on ABC posted an image of Morena Baccarin along with “We are of peace, always.”
Aside from a post linking to a charity campaign and other ABC shows, today is the first V-related post since 2014 or so.
The V TV series (remake) first aired back in 2009, but was cancelled in 2011.
Morena Baccarin played Anna, the leader of the Visitors.
The Facebook comments on the post are currently going pretty ballistic as fans want the show to return and are upset ABC cancelled it early after only two seasons.
Closure is being called for.
Will ABC ever give it to them?

It’s not the typical superhero thing,” Baccarin offers while continuing with talk of how she and Ryan Reynolds put together the sex scenes in the movie. “After you see it, you’ll realize ‘they must have had fun with this.’ It was like we were trying to come up with absurd ways to have sex. But it’s really romantic.”
