Check out a first look at Superman and Lois Lane in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover, Elseworlds.
Of course, fan-favorite Tyler Hoechlin plays Superman, with the crossover introducing Lois Lane to the Arrowverse, played by Grimm‘s Elizabeth Tulloch.
The set pics feature – of course – Superman saving Lois as well as the two actors having some fun on set!

It also recently became known that Lex Luthor will be introduced in this season on Supergirl, so it appears as WB is really starting to develop Superman on the TV side of things. In addition, it’s confirmed Tyler Hoechlin will be sporting the black Superman costume for the crossover as well (see below).
Interestingly enough, at the same time, the Man of Steel on the big screen seems to be waning as their is talk of Henry Cavill leaving the role.
Maybe WB has plans for a Tyler Hoechlin Superman TV series along with Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane?
Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman aired way back in 1993-97 and Smallville ended in 2011, so it’s been quite a while since Supes had his own series.
The three-night Arrowverse crossover airs Sunday, Dec. 9 with The Flash, followed by Monday, Dec. 10 with Arrow, and concludes Tuesday, Dec. 11 with Supergirl.
