Marvel teases the Young Avengers in a new Disney cruise promo featuring Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez, Kathyrn Newton as Cassie Lang, and Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, aka Ironheart.
It has seemed as if the MCU has been building to a Young Avengers movie or TV series, as the Agatha series has also confirmed Billy Kaplan, a.k.a. Wiccan.
Iman Vellani also plays Ms. Marvel, and Hailee Steinfeld plays Kate Bishop, both of whom are featured in the post-credit scene of The Marvels.
Additional members of the MCU Young Avengers could include Wiccanâs twin brother, Tommy, aka Speed, and Elijah Bradley as Patriot.
Of the aforementioned, only Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams has an upcoming series with Ironheart.
None of the related characters or shows have been a big success. The Marvels also lost Disney $200 million, so it has been questioned if Young Avengers will happen and who exactly is the audience.
Regardless, Disney features and teases the MCUâs âyoungest heroesâ as part of the Disney Treasure cruise line which features the Worlds of Marvel Restaurant.
The promo features Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez, Kathyrn Newton as Cassie Lang, and Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams onboard the Disney Treasure cruise line located at the Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods restaurant. Watch below.
Of course, including the characters in Disney cruise line doesnât necessarily mean they will be featured in the MCU. Disneylandâs Avengers Campus also has a new Iron Man exhibit, but for now, Iron Man has been laid to rest.
