LeBron James Reveals Space Jam 2 Title

LeBron James takes to social media to reveal the official title and logo for Space Jam 2.

The NBA Superstar posted a video of himself wearing a hat where “Space Jam: A New Legacy” is revealed with the logo.

Space Jam 2 has a July 16, 2021 release (also held by Sony’s Uncharted) directed by Malcolm D. Lee, produced by Black Panther‘s Ryan Coogler as well as James and also stars (according to IMDb) Marvel actor Don Cheadle, The Walking Dead‘s Sonequa Martin-Green, and Martin Klebba. A previous report revealed various athletes including LeBron’s Lakers teammate Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers, Houston Rockets star Chris Paul, Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors, in addition to WNBA players including Diana Taurasi, and sisters Nneka and Chiney Ogwumike, with the movie also said to feature additional players from the NBA and WNBA as well.

Space Jam: A New Legacy leaks have offered the flick will feature movies from the “WBverse” including appearances by The Mask, Pennywise the Clown, the Joker, The Matrix, Harry Potter, The Wizard Of Oz, Mad Max and more.

The original movie version premiered back in 1996 starring Michael Jordan, Bill Murray, additional NBA players, and the Looney Tune characters that made $230 million worldwide at the box office at the time.
