Kevin Feige Reveals A Favorite Thor Comic

With Thor: Ragnarok on the horizon, Marvel Studios president and producer Kevin Feige reveals one of his favorite moments and panels from the comics.

Legendary Thor and comic book creator Walt Simonson took to Twitter to post a piece of art from Thor #353.

“Thor 353. Pg 10. Pen and India ink. 10 x 15. 1984. Rummaging around the comics vault for something and found this,” Simonson tweeted.

Kevin Feige replied with: “One of my favorite panels in comic history…”

Thor #353, drawn and written by Walt Simonson, features Odin with sons, Thor and Loki, taking on Surtur, with none other than Beta Ray Bill leading the charge against the demons on Earth! Now that would make for a cool movie!

“Thor: Raganarok” has a November 3, 2017 release directed by Taika Waititi starring Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk/Banner, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Jeff Goldblum as Grandmaster and Anthony Hopkins as Odin.
