Justice League Dark Loses Director Doug Liman

Despite stating a week ago that he has an amazing take on the film, it’s now reported that Doug Liman has departed directing the Justice League Dark movie.

Variety reports that Doug Liman left Justice League Dark due to a scheduling conflict, as he will be directing Chaos Walking for Lionsgate.

A reporter for THR also is now stating a possible replacement for Doug Liman on Justice League Dark could be It director Andy Muschietti.

The Justice League Dark movie focuses on the supernatural side of the DCEU with John Constantine, Swamp Thing, Deadman, Zatanna, and Etrigan the Demon. It’s also said JLD will play a major role in the DCEU.

Studio is already looking for new director on JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK, with one source saying IT director Andy Muschietti is on the list.
