James Gunn’s Brightburn Clip Tests Powers

James Gunn’s Brightburn Clip Tests Powers

A new clip has been released for James Gunn’s new Brightburn movie which sees the evil alien child testing out his powers.

The movie, that is a take on the classic Superman story which Gunn developed along with his brothers, gets released in theaters May 24, 2019.

Brightburn is directed by David Yarovesky, written by Mark Gunn & Brian Gunn, produced by James Gunn and Kenneth Huang, and executive produced by Mark Gunn, Brian Gunn, Dan Clifton, Simon Hatt, and Nic Crawley, and stars Elizabeth Banks, David Denman, Jackson A. Dunn, Matt Jones, and Meredith Hagner.

Synopsis: What if a child from another world crash-landed on Earth, but instead of becoming a hero to mankind, he proved to be something far more sinister? With Brightburn, the visionary filmmaker of Guardians of the Galaxy and Slither presents a startling, subversive take on a radical new genre: superhero horror.
