Doctor Strange is off to a great start at the box office as it opened last night with advanced screenings.
It’s reported Doctor Strange netted $9.4 million from those Thursday night advance screenings, which bests Thor: The Dark World, Iron Man 2, Ant-Man, Captain America: The First Avenger, Thor, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk.
Doctor Strange also has a current international haul of $132.9 million.
Estimates for Doctor Strange‘s opening U.S. weekend range anywhere from $70 million to even as high as $90+ million.
Doctor Strange also has a 90% positive rating over at Rotten Tomatoes.
