Brother Voodoo Rumored For Doctor Strange

With the Doctor Strange movie introducing the supernatural side of the MCU, it’s now being rumored that Brother Voodoo will make a cameo in the film.

The recent Doctor Strange movie prelude comic that confirmed Mads Mads Mikkelsen as playing Kaecilius also features Daniel Drumm and Tina Moru as part of a team of mystics.

Regarding Brother Voodoo, he is the brother to Daniel Drumm named Jericho Drumm.

It’s further being said that Tina Moru will also cameo in the Doctor Strange movie, who interestingly enough happens to be the mother of one of the Runaways, which is a new Marvel TV series coming to Hulu.

It’s said both characters will be featured briefly in the movie, possibly as Easter Eggs.

In the comics, Jericho Drumm leaves Haiti to become a psychologist in NY. When he returns to Haiti years later he finds his brother, Daniel, who is now a mystic, near death after battling a rival sorcerer. Before Daniel dies, he makes his brother Jericho swear an oath to avenge him. Jericho eventually becomes Brother Voodoo with the help of Papa Jambo when his brother’s soul gets bound to his own.
