Frank Grillo Confirms Avengers 4

Frank Grillo Confirms Avengers 4

Last November saw it learned that Frank Grillo would be back for Avengers 4, and now the actor confirms the appearance with new details.

While appearing on the UFC Unfiltered podcast, Frank Grillo offers up that he is appearing in one more Marvel movie as Brock Rumlow, aka Crossbones, who died in Captain America: Civil War when Scarlet Witch sent him flying.

“He makes an appearance in the next Avengers movie,” Frank Grillo said.

Frank Grillo then offered a bit of a spoiler as he confirms Avengers 4 will feature flashbacks.

“But it’s a flashback
I’m allowed to say whatever I want because I’m never doing another Marvel movie,” Grillo joked.

The news of a flashback scene is interesting as set pics have revealed Chris Evans in his original Captain America Avengers movie costume. Fans are speculating time travel is involved as Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man has been spotted in the scene, which appears to be during the Battle of New York.

Back in September of 2017 also saw Frank Grillo tease Avengers 4.

“It’s great to be part of Marvel too, and I have three boys who are fanatical about Marvel, and I was surprised not too long ago because there is some news that nobody knows yet, to do with my character, that’s going to be really interesting and I’m excited about that,” Grillo said.

Regarding November of last year, Robert Downey Jr. posted the following image from a benefit featuring Marvel actors with Frank Grillo front and center.

The movie is a sequel to Infinity War where the Great Titan left the universe in shambles by killing off half the population including the Avengers. Now Marvel’s super heroes must suit up perhaps one last time to make things right by taking down Thanos once and for all.
