It looks like the band is back together?
And by the band, I mean THE BAND — Justice League!
The last couple of days has seen it speculated that Armie Hammer is playing Green Lantern in Zack Snyder's Justice League. The clues started to unravel when it became known Geoff Johns and Joe Manganiello followed Armie Hammer on Twitter.
Now the latest is from Armie Hammer himself who apparently is teasing Justice League. Armie Hammer was actually all set to play Batman back in the 2008 defunct George Miller Justice League Mortal film. Well, things went sour with the movie and Armie Hammer never got his shot at the Dark Knight. The good news is that now he just might be rejoining the Justice League.
Armie Hammer took to Twitter to tease that a "very large announcement is coming soon" with "I.. Will… Be… Playing…" and his last tweet reads the announcement: "My old guitar tonight. Found it in a closet and realized how long it's been."
Now is Armie Hammer simply having fun with the fans? Or is he teasing the Justice League band is back together? Hopefully we'll find out soon enough.
"Justice League" has a November 17, 2017 release directed by Zack Snyder starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, J.K.
