I don’t think we even need to watch The Avengers: Endgame because Captain Marvel is going to fly in and save the day.
That’s it, guys, movie is over (lol).
Both Kevin Feige and Brie Larson have stated numerous times that Captain Marvel is the MCU’s strongest superhero, and now Larson is asked if Carol Danvers can lift Thor’s hammer.
Speaking with Buzzfeed Brazil for the CCXP, Brie Larson is asked, “One nerdy question for you: Do you think Captain Marvel is able to lift Thor’s hammer?”
Brie Larson shakes her head up and down numerous times and says, “Definitely.”
The interviewer then remarks “girl power” with Larson confirming, “Yeah!”
Fans are a bit on the fence regarding Brie Larson and Carol Danvers coming to the MCU as the character is getting retconned into existence. It’s even been said Captain Marvel is responsible in some way for the formation of The Avengers. The reason why fans are a bit on the fence is that the character has not been a part of the past ten years of Marvel movies, but appears to be getting thrown into the spotlight. Comparisons are already being made to what Disney did with Star Wars and Rey.
