Good news for fans of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD as Comic-Con saw it announced that both Clark Gregg and Jeff Ward will be back for next year’s Season 6.
Following appearing in Captain Marvel, Clark Gregg will be back as Phil Coulson when Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD returns next Summer.
“I just can’t quit you beautiful #agentsofshield especially when @motancharoen @misterkarate and the #WritersofSHIELD toss me an epic masterpiece like this,” Gregg posted on Intagram.
Likewise, fan favorite Jeff Ward returns as Deke, the timeline-jumping grandson of Fitz and Simmons.
It’s further announced that after making his directorial debut this past season, that Clark Gregg will be directing the first episode of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD Season 6.
Season 5 of SHIELD was especially good and the best season to date; you can read my thoughts here.
