Most likely thanks to the upcoming Disney purchase of Fox Studios (or the low sales of Star Wars like I said), it’s now learned that Hasbro will be releasing a line of merchandise in conjunction with the release of Deadpool 2.
The full line includes new Marvel Legends and role-play items aimed at teens and adults.
Check out the pics (via Nerdist) with more to be revealed at next month’s Toy Fair. Hopefully this means Omega Red is actually in the movie!
Deadpool 2 has a May 18, 2018 release directed by John Wick’s David Leitch starring Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Josh Brolin as the time travelling mutant Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic as Colossus, with Shioli Kutsuna in a mystery role, and Jack Kesy rumored as Black Tom Cassidy.
Deadpool 2 is written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick with Ryan Reynolds also on board as producer along with Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner.
