In addition to Ciaran Hinds, now it’s learned fellow Game of Thrones actor Michael McElhatton has a role in the Justice League movie.
Michael McElhatton says he can’t say much about Justice League in the video below, but offers up it looks pretty amazing and will have more humor than Batman vs. Superman.
Michael McElhatton also offers he is a part of a big opening scene, which was “pretty dark in its tone, but in a good way,” and he has good things to say about director Zack Snyder.
Regarding who Michael McElhatton could be playing in Justice League, perhaps as Ciaran Hinds is Steppenwolf, maybe Michael McElhatton is another of Darkseid’s lieutenants, or maybe he even works under Steppenwolf.
If you recall, both Man of Steel (Krypton) and Batman vs. Superman (Bruce Wayne in Metropolis) had a big opening scene, so if Michael McElhatton is talking about the Justice League opening scene, it sounds like it could be pretty huge.
Michael McElhatton is known for playing Roose Bolton on Game of Thrones.
Justice League hits November 17th and also has Game of Thrones‘ Fabian Wagner on board as cinematographer.
