In the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, which has a featured article on Man of Steel, the following image of new Superman Henry Cavill, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Antje Trau as Faora is revealed.
Pages from the magazine have landed online which give us specific details about the scene.

Though we have heard Antje Traue describe Faora as a “psychopath,” it turns out she is actually helping Lois Lane in the shot above.
What Faora is actually doing is activiting a device that will enable Lois Lane to breathe aboard the Kryptonian spaceship they are on.
And that translucent helmet Faora is wearing?
Get this: It helps protect Faora from sensory overload from our yellow Sun.
And while all this is going on — Zod and Superman are said to be negotiating.
