John Krasinski Would Love Fantastic Four

How about the real life husband and woman team of John Krasinski and Emily Blunt for Fantastic Four?

The actors have their new horror movie, A Quiet Place, debuting this week where the pair were asked about tackling Fantastic Four.

“Oh yeah, the Fantastic Four. I would love that!” John Krasinksi said. “I mean listen, I’m still getting into the whole superhero thing. I didn’t read comics as a kid, not as many, I read some but not as much, but I’m a huge superhero fan so yeah, I’d love to do something like that. If they’re are any left, a lot of these have been taken but the ones that are left, yeah, I would love to do something like that. And listen, I’d love to work with her again so any chance I got would be great.”

The Fantastic Four are due to return to Marvel in the next year or so, and John Krasinski was actually eyed for Star-Lord, so maybe Marvel still has their eye on him.

Fun fact: John Krasinski has a Marvel connection of sorts to James Gunn, as Krasinski’s The Office co-star who played Pam, Jenna Fischer, was once married to the Guardians of the Galaxy director.

Back in January saw fan art of John Krasinski and Emily Blunt as the FF which helped spark the conversation.

Check it out below.

The Fantastic Four are also finally returning to Marvel Comics.
