Wait! Thereās a possibility Spider-Man wonāt be appearing in The Avengers: Infinity War?
It all started a couple of weeks ago when Tom Holland wouldnāt confirm he is a part of the movie, which also led to speculation that Marvel and Sony arenāt all hunky-dory.
āItās all up in the air. I believe some sort of deal is in the mix, but Iām unclear as to what that deal is,ā Holland said.
Now itās probably more than likely Tom Holland didnāt want to spoil anything regarding Spider-Man and The Avengers: Infinity War, but recentlyĀ Collider questioned Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige about the notion of no Spider-Man in Infinity War.
āWeāre figuring it out. I mean, it was really the specifics forĀ Captain America: Civil WarĀ andĀ Spider-Man: Homecoming, Feige explained. āSpider-Man: HomecomingĀ just wrapped as you know and weāre just getting into cutting that movie, so thatās the primary focus but we areā¦that iceberg is thawed and is non existent. So we talk to them all the time about what could be fun for the future.ā
Feige was directly questioned if Spider-Man will be in Avengers: Infity War, but remained coy.
āIt is I would say that is part of the surprise. I donāt want to spoil anything one way or another,ā Feige said.
So from what both Tom Holland and Kevin Feige have to say, we can speculate that Spider-Man will appear in Avengers: Infinity War, but they donāt want to spoil it ā or that Marvel and Sony are currently in talks for Spidey to appear.
Our guess is Spider-Man in Avengers: Infinity War is already a done deal.
