WB recently announced the release date and extras for the upcoming Teen Titans: The Judas Contract animated movie where it also listed their next animated film, Batman and Harley Quinn.

Details released back at last Summer’s Dan Diego Comic-Con mentioned the Batman and Harley Quinn movie would be a completely original story written by Harley Quinn co-creator Bruce Timm and released Summer 2017. No further details are presently known about the Batman and Harley Quinn animated movie, but it happens to pair two of the most popular characters in DC Comics.
Harley Quinn has been voiced by Tara Strong in the DC animated movies, with Batman recently by Jason O’Mara (Justice League Dark) and Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Killing Joke).
