Pedro Pascal’s Trans Brother Wants To Play X-Men’s Jean Grey

Pedro Pascal’s trans brother who self-identifies as a female wants to play an X-Men. Nope, not Mystique, the actor wants to play Jean Grey.

Born Lucas Balmaceda, who now goes by Lux Pascal, Lux landed a role in Netflix’s Miss Carbón, where Lux Pascal will star as a trans woman who became the first female coal miner in her hometown of Río Turbio, Argentina.

Hollywood ambitions include Marvel’s X-Men

While speaking with THR, Lux revealed further ambitions in Hollywood, as Lux has martial arts experience and “dreams of joining the X-Men universe as Jean Grey.”

The article also mentions that Lux wants to get involved in horror and even fantasy, playing an elf in The Lord of the Rings: “I would really love to kill as an elf.”

New Age of Mutants coming after Secret Wars

Pedro Pascal is starring in Marvel’s Fantastic Four which gets released July 25. He plays Reed Richards, aka Mr. Fantastic.

Regarding Marvel’s X-Men, Kevin Feige has confirmed it will kick off following Secret Wars with a new age of mutants.

Actors and characters from the Fox Marvel universe have been confirmed for Avengers: Doomsday.
