A new trailer for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls has officially introduced the X-Men to the roster, adding a major dose of mutant power to Arc System Works’ upcoming 4v4 fighter.
Revealed during PlayStation’s State of Play, the trailer highlights Storm, Magik, Wolverine, and Danger as they assemble to confront a growing cosmic threat. The game launches on PS5 and PC on August 6, 2026.

The Unbreakable X-Men Assemble
The trailer opens on Chandilar, the ruined homeworld of the Shi’ar Empire. From the shadows, a mysterious force sets its sights on Earth, prompting Charles Xavier to call on Storm to lead a new team.
Storm answers the call and forms the Unbreakable X-Men, setting the stage for the mutants to play a central role in the game’s story.
Developed by PlayStation Studios, Arc System Works, and Marvel Games, MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls blends fast, intuitive tag-team gameplay with anime-style visuals and reimagined Marvel characters across multiple stages.

Storm, Magik, Wolverine, and Danger Join the Roster
Storm commands the forces of nature, manipulating wind and lightning to control the battlefield.
Magik blends sorcery and swordsmanship, wielding her Soulsword for devastating attacks.
Wolverine brings his trademark ferocity and Adamantium claws, carving through opponents with relentless pressure.
Danger, the former Danger Room A.I. turned autonomous being, takes physical form to fight alongside the team.
Each character features unique mechanics and animations crafted specifically for the game, adding variety and depth to the evolving roster.

MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls launches on August 6, 2026 for PS5 and PC. Pre-orders open February 19, 2026 across all major retailers, including the PlayStation Store and PC storefronts.
