Following the Justice League movie and Aquaman, up next for the DCEU is Shazam!
Zachary Levi has recently been cast in the role of Captain Marvel (Shazam), and now talks about it in the following video.
“The hope is it’s going to feel like the movie Big, but with super powers,” Levi said.
Zachary Levi also lets it be known is he prepared to start training for the role and realized he would have to get in shape. He says it will take him as long as necessary to get there for the role, and also that he will stay in shape following completion of filming.

Shazam! has an April 2019 release directed by David F. Sandberg also starring Asher Angel as Billy Batson with Mark Strong rumored as the villain and Grace Fulton as a friend to Billy Batson.
