The Walking Dead Ratings Hit Series Low

No surprise here as following the lackluster Season 9 premiere, now The Walking Dead suffers its lowest ratings of the series with the second episode’s release this past Sunday.

The Walking Dead went from a 2.5 for the premiere to a series low of 2.0 in the coveted 18-49 age group demographic, which is four-tenths lower than the show’s previous low of a 2.4 rating.

Viewership also declined by around 20% from 6.08 million people to 4.947 million people.

While the numbers are still really good for cable TV, the ratings and viewers are nowhere near where The Walking Dead used to be, with upwards of near 20 million people watching an episode.
