Leaks from the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi Star Wars series coming to Disney Plus tease the fate of Hayden Christensen’s Darth Vader.
The end of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith showed Anakin Skywalker fully suited up as Darth Vader, but obviously as Hayden Christensen is confirmed for the Obi-Wan Kenobi series the actor will be shown in the series, so according to the leak (via SWNN), Hayden Christensen will appear in the following form, outside the Darth Vader suit.
The second piece of art reveals the Bacta Tank has been spotted on the set, which is a tank used to treat injuries and has been featured in the Clone Wars animated series, and Luke was put into a Bacta Tank following getting attacked by the Wampa ice creature on Hoth in Empire Strikes Back. In regards to Darth Vader, the Rogue One Visual Guide and concept art for the film showed the Bacta Tank at Darth Vader’s castle on Mustafar, where Vader would often relax in the tank instead of being in his suit.
The third image reveals a breathing apparatus, so it appears this will be a way of showing Hayden Christensen’s face instead of just using the Darth Vader mask.

Hayden Christensen returns as Darth Vader:
Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy and Ewan McGregor previously teased a big battle between Hayden Christensen’s Vader and Obi-Wan, as Kennedy described it as the “rematch of the century,” and McGregor added, “The most beautiful thing of all [about the series] is that it’s brought me back together with Hayden [and there will be] another swing at each other [before the end of the series].”
