It’s reported that Michael K. Williams has joined the cast of the untitled Star Wars Han Solo movie.
Variety reports Williams is in final talks, but the character and specifics isn’t presently known.
Michael K. Williams is known for The Wire and can currently be seen in the ABC mini-series When We Rise.
The untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story is slated for release on May 25, 2018 directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, written by Lawrence Kasdan and Jon Kasdan, it will be produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Allison Shearmur, Simon Emanuel, and co-produced by Kiri Hart, Susan Towner, and Will Allegra. Alden Ehrenreich is playing the young Han Solo, Donald Glover plays the young Lando Calrissian, and the movie also stars Woody Harrelson, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Emilia Clarke, with Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca.
