Here is the information:

Global megastar Dwayne Johnson headlines the action adventure “Rampage,” directed by Brad Peyton.

Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth.  But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry mutates this gentle ape into a raging creature of enormous size.  To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered animals.  As these newly created alpha predators tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.

“Rampage” also stars Oscar nominee Naomie Harris (“Moonlight”), Malin Akerman (TV’s “Billions”), Jake Lacy (TV’s “Girls”), Joe Manganiello (TV’s “True Blood”) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (TV’s “The Walking Dead”); as well as P.J. Byrne (“The Wolf of Wall Street”), Marley Shelton (“Solace”), Breanne Hill (“San Andreas”), Jack Quaid (“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”), and Matt Gerald (TV’s “Daredevil”).

Peyton directs from a screenplay by Ryan Engle and Carlton Cuse & Ryan J. Condal and Adam Sztykiel, story by Ryan Engle, based on the video game Rampage.

“Rampage is produced by Beau Flynn, John Rickard, Hiram Garcia and Brad Peyton.  It marks the third collaboration between Johnson, Peyton and Flynn, following the blockbuster hit “San Andreas.”  Serving as executive producers are Marcus Viscidi, Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Jeff Fierson, with Wendy Jacobson co-producing.

The creative team includes production designer Barry Chusid (“San Andreas”), director of photography Jaron Presant (2nd unit, “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”), editor Jim May (“Goosebumps”) and costume designer Melissa Bruning (“Dawn of the Planet of the Apes”).  Music will be composed by Andrew Lockington, who created the scores for “San Andreas” and “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.”

The “Rampage” creatures are brought to life by acclaimed VFX supervisor Colin Strause (“San Andreas,” “X-Men: Apocalypse”), with five-time Academy Award-winning visual effects company Weta Digital (“The Lord of the Rings” Trilogy, “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes”).

“Rampage” opens in theaters worldwide beginning April 20, 2018.

A New Line Cinema presentation, a Wrigley Pictures/Flynn Picture Company/7 Bucks Entertainment production, in association with ASAP Entertainment, “Rampage” will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

RAMPAGE = Best. Gift. Ever. My director @peytonology killed it with this wrap gift he presented to me on our last day of shooting #Rampage. One of the reasons I wanted to make this movie, was because of the strong personal connection I have with this game. My ALL TIME FAVORITE to play as a kid while living in Hawaii. Us hoodlums would skip school a few times a week to do two things: go watch ROCKY 3 at the theater and then go play RAMPAGE at the arcade. True story. Thank you to my creative brother @peytonology you crazy, brilliant MF. This is our third movie together and my gut tells me it might be our best one yet. And if anyone out there thinks they can take me on this game, then step on up, get a shot at the title and get your ass kicked. If you beat me, drinks on me. #BestGiftEver #ArcadeLife #Rampage 4-20-2018

Leave it all on the set. Back when I was a punk kid my dad would take me to the gym on weekends and kick the sh-t outta me in the weight room and on the wrestling mats. He’d say you didn’t get up early to come here and give half ass effort. Leave it all in the gym. Years later when I played ball at The U, we applied the same principles: we left it all on the field. When I became a pro wrestler, that was part of my nightly pre match prayer. Asked for the strength to leave it all in ring – whether I was wrestling in flea markets or sold out stadiums. Leaving it all…means you give every f*cking ounce of effort you can, to give the best performance you can give. Whatever it is you do, whatever job you have.. at the end of the day, leave it all there. Rampage has been the most physically grueling role of my career. Got my ass kicked and handed back to me the whole movie. But I’m grateful to go to bed satisfied I left it all on the set. Who the f–k am I kidding, I don’t sleep, but if I did, I still left it all on the set. #LeaveItAllPhilosophy #Rampage
