Spoilers follow for Captain America: Civil War.
Marvel recently released a new Japanese Captain America: Civil War trailer (watch above) which features a change to the Winter Soldier.
The earlier normal version of the trailer seemed to reveal a big spoiler with Winter Soldier minus his arm in the fight against Iron Man:
Now the new Japanese trailer has been edited to put the arm back:
We can speculate the original trailer may have simply forgotten to add the CGI to Winter Soldier's arm, or that they are trying to hide the mistake of the spoiler reveal. Or is there something more to it, that the ripping off of Winter Soldier's arm is too graphic for Japanese and/or some international audiences?
That said, with the two trailers revealing two seemingly different fates for the Winter Soldier, it's now unknown to us what exactly happens.
