Following the excellent Season 3, the title of The Boys college spinoff is revealed in the following video by the cast of the upcoming show with Gen V, a reference to the series being about a younger generation as well as the drug that gives them their superpowers, Compound V.
Members of the cast introduce themselves including Jaz Sinclair, Patrick Schwarzenegger the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lizze Broadway, Chance Perdomo, London Thor, Asa Germann, Maddie Phillips, and Derek Luh.
“It’s got everything The Boys has,” says Germann. “The intensity, the grit, the humor.”
“It’s gonna be a rollercoaster,” Lizze Broadway adds. “It’s gonna be filled with blood, guts, and everything else.”
“It’s f’d up. You’re going to like it,” says Chance Perdomo.
Jaz Sinclair adds, “There’s love, and beautiful relationships, and tons of action and superheroes.”

Details for Gen V include the series is set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes who are all competing for the top contracts in the best cities and that the show explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test.
The series also stars Sean Patrick Thomas, Marco Pigossi, and Shelley Conn.
The showrunners are Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters; executive producers include Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Ori Marmur, Pavun Shetty, Ken Levin, Jason Netter, Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson, Craig Rosenberg, Zak Schwartz, Erica Rosbe, and Michaela Starr, with Brant Engelstein as co-executive producer. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television Studios and Amazon Studios, in association with Kripke Enterprises, Point Grey Pictures, and Original Film. Loreli Alanís serves as executive in charge for Point Grey Pictures.
