The new James Bond: No Time To Die trailer is released as Daniel Craig returns as 007 for the last time.
In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
The trailer reveals two villains, Rami Malek‘s villainous Safin, and Christoph Waltz’s supervillain Ernst Stavro Blofeld returns from 2015’s Spectre.
Regarding this being the last Bond movie for Craig, the 51-year-old actor recently confirmed the news while appearing recently on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
“Yes” and “It’s done” Craig responded when asked if he was “done with Bond.”
James Bond: No Time To Die has an April 8, 2020 release directed by Cary Fukunaga and also stars Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Rory Kinnear, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, and Jeffrey Wright, as well as Bond newbies Ana de Armas, Dali Benssalah, David Dencik, Lashana Lynch, and Billy Magnussen.
