No Avengers 4 Trailer At Russo Bros Screening

If you are just waking up and possibly expecting the release of The Avengers 4 trailer, it isn’t going to happen.

Last night saw the special Infinity War screening take place in Los Angeles, which was followed by a Q&A with Joe and Anthony Russo.

While many fans were expecting something Avengers 4 to be released – the event took place on the one year anniversary of the release of the first Infinity War teaser poster – the Russo brothers made it clear from the beginning of the Q&A that they would not be answering any Avengers 4 questions.

Of course, Collider basically trolled us all and could have told us that from the get-go.

The only tidbit the Russo brothers offered was at the end of the Q&A when they said something Avengers 4 would be coming soon, which is basically what everyone has been stating for a while.

What we do know about The Avengers 4 trailer release is that Marvel Studios Kevin Feige has said it will be released by the end of the year.

And that is pretty much it.

Now the speculation is offering The Avengers 4 trailer may get released next week.

Some fans have put it out there that the trailer might hit on Tuesday or Wednesday because Marvel Comics is releasing their prelude comic on Wednesday.

However, as I let it be known, comic book shops actually get their shipments of new comics for the week on Tuesdays. So shops on the east coast may get them as early as Tuesday morning, which means they would know The Avengers 4 title and leak it.

Marvel Studios obviously isn’t going to let that happen (assuming the prelude comic says the official title that is).

It could very well be possible that the Avengers 4 trailer (or teaser poster) could be released on Monday, December 3, as that would avoid any potential leaks associated with the prelude comic having the title.

Yesterday I spent over 4 hours on YouTube live following the Russo brothers Q&A in hopes something would be released. It should be said the event wasn’t associated with Marvel Studios or Disney, but just with Collider and Arclight Theaters, so it seems we all got our hopes up. That said, again it fell on the one year anniversary of the Infinity War teaser poster release, which you can guarantee they all knew about.

Regarding The Avengers 4 title, I was the one who first came out and said that it is “End Game.” I was told the info prior to even the world premiere of Infinity War, and then as we all saw in the movie, Doctor Strange dropped the line. The Russos have said The Avengers 4 title isn’t mentioned in Infinity War, so it’s possible the may have scrapped it, which, IMO, would be unfortunate. I feel “End Game” is the perfect title because not only does it pertain to the Avengers’ plans in Avengers 4, but it’s a tease in that Marvel’s true end game is what comes next (Phase 4).

So if you have been eagerly anticipating The Avengers 4 trailer and title release, the good news is that you won’t have to wait too much longer.

A YouTuber on the live stream last night actually came up with a good title in the wake of recent events: Avengers: Excelsior!
