The set image features Paul Bettany as a human, not his artificial self! And it also seemingly features Vision minus the Infinity Stone in his forehead!
We can guess from the earlier Avengers: Infinity War set images battle that Vision and Scarlet Witch lose the battle against Thanos’ henchman, and Vision loses the Infinity Stone which may cause him to revert to a human?
Either that, or this is some sort of mind game!
